Implementation Deadlines

As of 01.01.2021, REMIT market participants shall publish inside information via IIPs. The own website may still be used and indicated in the registration, but it does not replace the use of the IIP as the primary publication platform for inside information.

Should market participants assume that they do not possess any inside information subject to publication, no registration with an IIP is required. In this case, “na” (not applicable) is to be entered in the national register. The verification of the existence of this requirement is the responsibility of each market participant.
